The studio with roofterrace
The studio apartment in ferienhaus-burgenland 1 with(50m2) offers accommodation for 2-3 people. The studio consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom (with bath tub) and a kitchenette, which is fully equipped with a cooker (two cooking plates), microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machines (both for using filter and Nespresso capsules). If you stay with younger children, there are cribs and highchairs for babies in two different sizes available. (For further information please click on “Gallery” and have a look at the floor plan). The studio is air-conditioned and has a roof-terrace.
In the living room there is an extendable sofa, offering the possibility to use the flat screen-satellite-TV or the library (mostly crime thrillers). The sunny roof-terrace offers a fantastic view on the “Rossschwemmwiese”, a park like court. It has an awning and two sunbeds and is for the use of studio-residents only.
Belonging to the studio there is a roofed car park and a shed, where you can lock your bikes or other equipment. If you want to rent a bike, please take a look at “Bike rental”.

Prices studio 2025/26
The prices includes 10% tax, does not include a one time cleaning fee and the local tax (1,50/person and day). The house is for max. 4 people and a baby. A cot for little childs, if ordered before, is free in all our accomodations. One time cleaning fee 69.-€. The BurgenlandCard is included.
