The 120m² apartment with terrace and garden consists of two bedrooms with 4-5 beds, an ample bathroom (shower and bath tub), a kitchen and a living room-area of 40m². If you stay with younger children, there are cribs and highchairs for babies in two different sizes available (for groups with more than five people a booking-combination of apartment and studio is recommendable). The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine (both for using filter and Nespresso capsules), fridge, dishwasher and enough dishes for 8 people.

A fireplace surrounded by a big cosy sofa build the centerpiece of the living room. From the sofa you enjoy a panorama-view on terrace and garden.  There is a flat screen-satellite-TV in the living room as well as in one of the bedrooms. In hot summers the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Stepping down from the generous terrace, equipped with an umbrella and four sunbeds, you enter the garden with its fruit trees, barbecue grill and garden shower. The garden is for the use of apartment-residents only.

Belonging to the apartment there is a roofed car park and a shed, where you can lock your bikes or other equipment. If you want to rent a bike, please take a look at “Bike rental”

The prices are for 2 persons, every further person causes 10.- € more. 10% tax is included,  additional is a one time cleaning fee and the local tax of 2,50/day/person older 17. children until 3 years get a free childrens bed.
