Ferienhaus Burgenland is situated nearby lake Neusiedl and it offers luxurious holiday houses and apartments, one of them barrierfree. From a geological point of view the „Seewinkel”-region, meaning the flat area east of Lake Neusiedl, belongs to the Pannonian Lowland, the so called “Puszta”. The landscape is originally characterized by poor vegetation (treeless, steppe like), but with the climate being continental the area has been cultivated and is now known as one of the finest wine-producing regions in Austria. The lake is the center of one of the famoust nationalparks in Europe.

Romantic Cottage – barrier-free!
The 80m2 house was built in the 1950s, has been refurbished and renovated carefully. It was built in the typical style of the area and you enter it through a big door that leads into the yard. From this yard you access the garden and the house itself. When the building got refurbished the traditional character and style were preserved but at the same time modern standards of comfortable living were implemented.

The apartment with terrace and garden
The 120m² apartment consists of two bedrooms with 4-5 beds, an ample bathroom (shower and bath tub), a kitchen and a living room-area of 40m2. To the apartment belongs a big terrace with garden exclusively. For your car there is a comfortable, lockable carport. It is the perfect place for quiet hollidays with your family, for reading, bycicling and enjoiing the wine, of the area.

The studio with roofterrace
The studio (50m2) is fully equipped and offers accommodation for 2-3 people. It can be used in combination with the apartment but also as separate, independent flat, located on the top floor of the guesthouse. The studio consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom (with bath tub) and a kitchenette, which is fully equipped. There is also a comfortable roof terrace.
